October 1, 2006; It has been agreed by individuals in communication with me; Royal Poodles should be a new category to the Poodle world. Royals should be at a shoulder height of 26" and over. Adulthood starting weight at 60 pounds and up. Toy, Miniature, Standard, and Royal; that is what we want to see as categories. Those who think of their poodles as "Giants"; would you rather name them "Royal" or "Giant"? Most surveyed wanted the name "Royal" due to the regal status with the name. If you want to see this new category added, write AKC. The more who write in, attention will be given to this new category.
Royal: Many ask for the definition to Royal Standard Poodles with our AKC Puppies for Sale. I've been told it's strictly a marketing term for the larger then average standard. You won't find it in books. Just remember-it's strictly a marketing term and referencing the larger size standards which I am breeding in the puppies for sale south of Staples, MN Minnesota. We will have your "Standard Poodles" and some will grow to "Royal" size.
"Our" Standard Poodle parents are between 55-80#, puppies are growing between 55-100#. Out of a litter of 8 from Zain, 50% of pups will grow to Royal size. If 1-3 pups born to Zain, all have turned out Royals.
The one book that actually defines royal-the dictionary-you'll find the word "regal". This exemplifies these guys size and temperament to a T!
American Kennel Club (AKC): According to the www.AKC.org website a standard poodle is anything over 15" high at the shoulder, so you'd never have a "Royal", they're all standards. Visit them to learn more.
Health: What is "A Perfect World" in buying your next pet "to your viewpoint?" What can you accept, or not, in health? I do my best to raise and breed a healthy lineage to the knowledge and research I have at the time. Always find a vet you can work closely with. Yet, I do not believe in taking my guys to the vet at every little thing. That is why my gift to you of the FREE used book "Your Dog His Health and Happiness," by Louis Vine.
In having my standard poodles always by my side, I am able to observe their health, so this data has come home to be daily implemented. You and I will have dry itchy skin during some seasons more than others. In MN it can become extreme. Well, during the winter months I would notice a lot more itching going on with the standards (they have no fleas). I went into Petco and started to research through their products. Steps along the way in working with Us:
1. Thoroughly read through the website sections #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5.
2. Contact Tes by using the form in #4. She will respond 99% of the time within 24 hours:-)
3. After reading through her response, you may respond by telephoning her at 218-894-1434 for an interview; you interviewing her as much as she interviews you.
4. If the two of you see that you can move forward in agreement, Tes will invite you to make your down payment via CC/Paypal in #5 below or time allowing, checks are also welcome. See Our prices and payments.
Once it is agreed to move forward with a contract for a pup/s, Tes will send you a more thorough checklist to know the steps along the way in what to expect in getting your new pet.
5. Upon receipt of the down payment, a Priority Mail package will be sent out to you the next morning holding the contract and data she provides at this time.
6. Watch for updates every 2 weeks in the "Parents Picture Links" at the top of this page.
7. Track the checklist you have received and check-off items as they occur, please asking questions when they arise.

I do my best to offer you honesty and integrity in making you comfortable with a purchase from us. Purchase only when you are in full agreement with your pet desire and our contract. We want our puppies to be loved no matter what their price and that comes from your committed agreement to love one of our standard poodle puppies :-) Please move forward with confidence that I will deal honestly with you at all times, as I ask of you.
