#1 Criteria in my selling a pup to you--LOVE--You must truly want to LOVE this pup ! ! ! Pets need your Love beyond price, size, and color!

We do not breed our girls unless there is definite interest, so it is important that we here from you via the form below.

Remember Royal is a marketing term for the larger than "average" standard poodle which a lot of our customers are looking for. We love them and want to share this magnificent pet with others.

Royal & Standard Size: (we will get to the Royal Standard Poodle prices :-)

• Our Royal Standard Poodle prices reflect the cost in which it takes to Love, Feed, Raise, Test, and Market these wonderful pets. Though, there is never a guarantee on size, we do have average standard poodle sizes in a litter.

• We are breeding for the larger Standard poodle, in marketing terms the "Royal." AKC standard poodle dimensions start at 15" at shoulder. Our pups have grown to shoulder heights of the larger standard poodle size--25" to as large as 28+ inches, weighing in from 55-100 pounds.

• Out of a litter of "Zain"; say having 8 pups, a 50% + average will grow to Royal size. It is important if you want to have choice of the larger size that a down payment be made ASAP if we are in agreement in moving forward together. (the Royal Standard Poodle prices are coming up)

• Down-payments place you in line for a pup in the sequence you have sent your down payment according to another...1, 2, 3... so if you are interested in moving forward with us, please fill out the form ASAP at the bottom of this page that I may save and have your date of contact.

Prices:

A. Pet Only: $1,000 - $1,300 Royal size pups will be $1,300, then depending on their color/temperament and other characteristics the price goes down (see below). There will be a Paypal/CC fee added if using this means of payment. New prices as of 12/01/08.

• Royal Brown, Black, Red, Cream, or Apricot males & females $1,300

• Standard Red males & females $1,300

• Standard Apricot males & females $1,200

• Standard Black males & females $1,200

• Standard Cream males & females $1,100

• Abstract/Mismark I "may" deduct -$100 depending on size

• In purchasing 2 pets from us I deduct -$200 from sale no matter the time-frame of purchase. We LOVE seeing more than one of our pets together and hope down the road you see us worth coming back to!

• If I have pups beyond 3 months, which is rare, I want them loved and in their new homes bonding so we drop the price to $1,000.

Other:

• I may have my vet spay (female) or neuter (male) them at your cost. Or, you can provide documentation to me when it has occurred. This would be a veterinarians bill. You would send me a copy of it. Surgically fixing your pet is recommended between 4-8 months of age.

B. Refunds are given if: You wanted a female/color and a female/color (male) was not born, unless you wanted to wait for the next litter and guarantee another female/color (male).

I am here for good will not ill will, but please understand to randomly give back money leaves me with re-marketing pups, telephoning contacts I have had to turn away (and possibly lost to them buying from someone else). It is hard to know what Mother Nature is going to do, yet we want to do our best in providing you with a pet to love, whether from us or someone else. It's all a part of the dog world :-)

C. MN State Sales Tax: last but most certainly NOT least: pets are a luxury item and sales tax may need to be paid to your state. Talk to your tax accountant on this for further information on what your state requires. For Minnesotans--I pay the MN Sales Tax for you, included in your pet price.

D. I do need to verbally interview with customers on the telephone if our pups are something you're interested in moving forward with. At that point I would agree/or not to invite you to make a down payment. You interview me as much as I want to interview you, so please make your list of questions and thoroughly read through our site. Many of your questions can be answered by doing so :-)

E. "Breeding" -- Upon evaluating the market and where our breeding pups have been placed, we will not be selling breeding pups until 2011. I will not be selling to breeders in Canada due to a previous contract.

Payment Types:

If I do not know you, or until credit is established--All payments must have time to clear the banking system before pup/s can be delivered/flown or taken from our residence.

• Credit Cards: full payment must be cleared before receipt of pup/s. If delay occurs extending beyond 8 weeks of age, charges will incur upon the feeding and housing of the pup accordingly. There is a 5% or more service charge from Paypal or Credit Cards, this is now included in the price.

• Paypal: if making a Paypal Credit transaction, there are fees involved which will be added to the price. If making a direct bank transfer , this takes 1 week to clear. Thank you!

• Checks: USA customers only--1 week to clear bank. Thank You! For amount of purchase only.

• Wiring funds from your bank to mine: this is one method of payment from non-credit card or non-Paypal using countries/customers for amount of purchase only.

• Western Union: an excellent payment method as well for customers or other countries for amount of purchase only.

• Cashiers Check: always accepted for amount of purchase only :-)
